THE LODGE
A full-scale design and build of Araminta’s 1960s house in South East London, this project saw Studio Louis involved from concept to completion. Collaborating closely with the architect, we helped shape efficient, design-led floor plans that maximised space and light. Studio Louis led the entire interior design process—from selecting floor and wall finishes to designing a bespoke kitchen and curating distinctive, characterful materials for every surface.
The FF&E phase unfolded gradually, allowing us to thoughtfully incorporate a blend of contemporary and vintage elements—an approach we love. Several of the carefully sourced vintage pieces can be discovered on Vault.
At Studio Louis, making a house feel like a home is at the heart of everything we do—it's woven into our very DNA. For Araminta, the opportunity to work on her own home was a long-held dream. The result is a timeless, considered sanctuary—a true forever home that reflects both her personality and the Studio Louis ethos.
